Been going here my whole life, and it's truly iconic. The food is incredible, the atmosphere is fun, and the service is excellent. You won't get better burritos or tamales in Huntsville.
This place still rocks! I hadn't been by in 25 years. I had a craving and they did not disappoint! The burrito grande is more awesome than I remember! Music and staff are still wonderful. I think it's time to put this #1 on my "go to" list. Thank you!
Bandito is a locals favorite. We've been going here for years. From the great plate options to my favorite green bean burritos ... it's all good! We love to sit outside and try to get here several times a month. Make time for a meal here. You won't be disappointed!
Was visiting Family in the area, who suggested this dining establishment because he had eaten there several times before with friends. This was my first time there. The man who took my order was very friendly and I could see they were very busy. The establishment has its own character and looked to be a fun place. The atmosphere was laid back and very colorful and the music being played was enjoyable. I really only engaged with the nice lady who delivered our food to the table and with the man at the counter but they were very professional and friendly. The food itself was outstanding and tasted absolutely terrific. There were four people in my party and we each got a different plate and I must say the food looked amazing and tasted wonderful. I will say some of my favorite restaurants are these types with being just a little hole in the wall and the true character and nature of the restaurant being unknown until you sit down and taste what they have to offer. I will be back and I recommend that others try this place as it was absolutely delicious. The prices were very reasonable and there was adequate seating at the time we were there for dinner.
It’s as good as the reviews say. The food for the price was great. As a transplant from the west coast solid Mexican is hard to come by. The gentleman behind the counter appeared like he actually enjoyed working there. The place looks like it’s run by people, and not a soulless mega conglomerate and you can FEEL it. Support local businesses. Especially when it’s this easy.

I cannot say enough about how absolutely delicious the food at Bandito Burrito is!!! The tacos are scrumptious and the tamales are mouthwatering! The salsa is fresh and tasty. I've been here a few times and haven't had anything I didn't like. If you are looking for a super casual location, that has affordable food, this is it! Also, they're pet friendly. In fact, the person who took my order said "Dogs are welcome, people are tolerated."
Great food, great service. & the environment around it is nice. Animals outside can get real close, but they don't bother anyone. We fed some birds chip crumbs the last time we were there. Everyone I've met there has been nothing but respectful & and easygoing. I've heard they have the occasional trouble starters come in, but what place doesn't. I recommend this place. Take a risk & see for yourself.
